By submitting Content to DivinePoster, you grant DivinePoster, its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license and right to:

This Agreement is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. If this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict regarding Content submitted to us, this Agreement controls for the specific subject matter of media rights and releases.

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in your original Content. However, DivinePoster owns all right, title, and interest in materials, productions, advertisements, product examples, compilations, edits, derivative works, and other works created by or for DivinePoster that incorporate, are based on, or are derived from your Content, except for any underlying rights you retain in your original Content.

DivinePoster is not obligated to use, publish, preserve, return, or maintain any Content you provide.

You authorize DivinePoster to edit, modify, adapt, crop, resize, compress, enhance, caption, annotate, translate, combine with other content, add graphics or text, rearrange, or otherwise alter your Content for any permitted purpose without your prior approval.

You acknowledge that modifications may change the appearance, context, or presentation of your Content, and you waive any right to object to such modifications to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You forever release, discharge, and hold harmless DivinePoster, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, licensees, and designees from and against claims, demands, causes of action, suits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive and agree not to assert any moral rights or similar rights you may have in your Content, including rights of attribution, integrity, withdrawal, recall, or objection to modification. To the extent such rights cannot be waived, you agree not to assert them against us or our licensees.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DivinePoster, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and licensees from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

All rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions granted in this Agreement are irrevocable and survive in perpetuity to the fullest extent permitted by law. Once you submit Content, you cannot withdraw or rescind the rights granted here, and we are not obligated to return, delete, destroy, or stop using Content upon request except where required by law.

You acknowledge that DivinePoster may use, publish, and distribute Content on any platform, service, or medium, including websites, social media, advertising channels, email, text, print, physical displays, public relations, internal communications, customer examples, product pages, and other channels now existing or later developed.

The rights granted under this Agreement apply worldwide, in all jurisdictions, without geographic limitation.

Content you submit to DivinePoster is not confidential unless we separately agree in writing. We have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of submitted Content and may use or disclose it as described in this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

We may sublicense, assign, or transfer rights under this Agreement to third parties, and such third parties may rely on and enforce the terms of this Agreement as permitted by law.

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including grants of rights, ownership provisions, releases, waivers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivinePoster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of your Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. DivinePoster's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding submitted Content and supersedes prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued submission of Content after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
